The Director of People and Culture is an in-house position that will lead on culture practices, and provide expertise and support in the areas of Performance Management, Client Support, Therapists Relations, Therapists Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Policy and Procedure Development, and HR Compliance. This position reports to the Executive Director of Human Resources and Administration.

Functions/Duties/Responsibilities:

Respond to daily email inquiries & correspondences with Therapists & Clients

Coordinate & Follow Up Department Reports from Connect Direct

Perform daily tasks on Project Management Platform: Click Up

Maintain Weekly Newsletter to Therapists

Coordinate and Maintain Onboarding process with new hires on Gusto

Update & Maintain Weekly Data & Performance reports

Support Grant Management Department

Monitor, Update, & Support Client Status, Experience, & Quality of Service

Update & Maintain Therapists Information on google form, website, and internal data tracking system

Track therapists Information regarding licensures, CEUs to ensure everything is updated.

Coordinate Monthly Caseload Reports

Support Insurance & Billing Department with Insurance Authorization Calls (as-needed)

Qualifications/Requirements:

Thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures, and knowledge of Federal and State regulations, including ADA, HIPAA, and EEO laws and regulations

Proficiency with using Project Management Platforms. Knowledge of Payroll Processing Platform

Proficient in American Sign Language

Job experience or coursework relating to legal compliance

Highly skilled communicator; exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
