General Position Description:
The Assistant Program Manager is responsible for assisting with interviewing, hiring, guiding and supervising the work of Behavior Technicians to provide optimal clinical supports for individuals served. This includes managing the weekly schedule, processing payroll and mileage, completing trainings, and being available for direct communication from employees and families, and completing regular direct care. In addition, the Assistant Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that agency policies and procedures are implemented correctly and that the individuals served live valued and high-quality lives. This position will also encompass the responsibilities of a floater on direct care. These hours will be scheduled on a weekly basis to meet the needs of the program by filling any open shifts to assist in keeping treatment as consistent as possible. Assignments will vary from week to week in relation to days, times, and location.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous management skills/responsibilities
- experience working with children with specials health care needs
- Meets all qualifications of a Behavior Technician
- Previous expereince providing direct care on either EIBI or utilizing a discrete trail instruction model
- ASL Fluency required
Hours & Schedule: 40 hours Combination of Management hours (20) & floating direct care hours weekly (20)
Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $28.75 – $31.75 Excellent Benefits Package
