Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) hereby incorporates by reference all terms, conditions, rules, policies, and guidelines for the CSD Works website (“Website”) located at https://csdworks.com, including the CSD Works Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (“Agreement”). Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in the Agreement. This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 5, 2024.
This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of CSD’s policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of all information you submit through the Website. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Website. Your use or continued use of the Website will signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy, as well as, your consent to the processing of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Section 1 Personal Information. “Personal Information” is information that is personally identifiable to you, such as your name, address, e-mail address, resume, and any other information that is associated with the foregoing. CSD does not intend to collect Personal Information from minors under the age of 16. Additionally, CSD does not ask for and advises that you do not provide any sensitive information through the Website. Sensitive information includes, without limitation, social security numbers, drivers license number, state-issued identification card number, or financial information. CSD may, in the future, include other requests for information from you. Without your prior agreement, CSD will not sell any Personal Information to third parties or use your Personal Information in any way other than what is disclosed in the Agreement and this Privacy Policy. You have the right to access your Personal Information stored by CSD at any time and may do so by emailing works@csd.org. CSD will acknowledge receipt of your request within forty-eight (48) business hours (two days) and access will be provided within thirty (30) days.
Section 2 Anonymous Information. “Anonymous Information” means information not associated with or linked to your Personal Information. Anonymous Information does not permit the identification of individual persons. CSD may create Anonymous Information from automatically gathered information or Personal Information by excluding information (such as names) that makes the information personally identifiable to you. CSD may use Anonymous Information to analyze inquiry, request, and usage patterns so that CSD may enhance its services. CSD reserves the right to use and disclose Anonymous Information to third parties in CSD’s sole discretion.
Section 3 Employer Information. Upon submitting a job posting, the information CSD may collect from Employer, includes but is not limited to, Employer’s authorized representative’s name and e-mail address, company name, tagline, company description, website, social network profiles, logo, and details for job postings (collectively, “Employer Information”). Details for job postings may include, but are not limited to, job title, application e-mail address or URL, location, job type, job tags, featured image, description, and closing date. By submitting Employer Information, you warrant that you have authorization to share such information and you agree that this information will be made available to Job Seekers on the Website. Additionally, CSD may contact you at the e-mail address provided regarding potential job candidates and CSD services/products. You acknowledge that your submission of Employer Information is voluntary and that CSD may process such Employer Information within the terms of the Agreement and the Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your Employer account or corrections toyour Employer Information stored at any time by emailing works@csd.org.
Section 4 E-mail Communications. All communication from CSD is sent by e-mail. You may opt out of receiving these e-mail communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the footer of any e-mail sent by CSD or by contacting CSD at works@csd.org.
Section 5 Third Party Service Providers. CSD may use third party service providers to provide certain services on the Website. CSD may share your Personal Information only to the extent necessary for third party service providers to provide these services. CSD will not sell your information to any third party.
Section 6 Links to other Websites. CSD is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any other websites to which CSD may link to. By clicking on a link, logo, or other item, or using certain services available on CSD, please note that you may no longer be on the Website. To check what Internet location you are on, note the URL at the top and/or bottom of your browser. CSD encourages you to read the posted privacy statement of that website whenever interacting with any website.
Section 7 Legal Requests. CSD cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights, fraud, theft, harassment and other rights. By accessing the Website, you authorize CSD to disclose any information about you if CSD believes that such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on CSD; (b) protect or defend the rights or property of CSD or third parties; or (c) assist in an investigation. In the event of a data privacy breach, CA residents reserve the right to private action.
Section 8 Modifications. CSD may modify the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time by sending an e-mail notice to you. If you have not provided an email address to CSD, it is your responsibility to check the Website periodically for changes. Continued use of the Website after any modifications to the terms of this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of such modified terms.

If you wish to report a violation of this Privacy Policy, if you have any questions, or if you need assistance with your Personal Information, please contact CSD by e-mail at works@csd.org. CSD will acknowledge receipt of requests within forty-eight (48) hours and requests will be completed within 30 days.
